 | Block off Mondays: Pineapple Square Up 5/13
Each Monday you'll learn to make an original block using the featured ruler. Price includes ruler, pattern and class time. Sign up for one, two or all!!

 | Grandma/Mom & Me
Enjoy a Saturday afternoon with your child creating a doll sized nine patch quilt. The child designs, sews and quilts with you cutting and providing guidance. Ages 6 to 10. Fee includes material and a snack.

 | One Block Wonder
NEW INSTRUCTOR. Buy one fabric with three or four colors that you love. Turn it into a beautiful quilt with a kaleidoscope effect. This is a fast, fun and addictive technique.The class will meet on two days about two months apart. This will give you plenty of no-pressure sewing time.

 | Pillow Pop Club: Crimson Stone
This new book has 25 quick, yet awesome pillow projects to brighten any room in your home! We'll start our club in May with Crimson Stone~ a modern modular pillow that finishes 20 x 20. It's quick, easy and a great way to get some modern quilting practice in too!! In June we will make the Gum Drop pillow. $20 each class.

 | Road to Quilting
Calling all beginners, this class is designed especially for you! We'll take the mystery out of rotary cutting, teach you the importance of the 1/4" seam allowance and how to read a pattern. You'll also learn the importance of proper pressing.This class meets for four weeks and the fee includes the pattern and 1.5 yards of fabric.

 | Road to Quilting: The Journey Continues
Most of our beginners add triangle piecing as their next step in their quilting journey. Ann has developed a table runner to teach you the different types of of triangles. You'll also get an opportunity to reinforce some of the quilting basics you've learned!

 | Summer Quilt Camp
This is our third year of summer camp and it is designed for ages to 13. Camper should have experience sewing on a machine. We will be making a yellow brick road quilt which the staff will pre-cut after fabric selection is made (prior to start date). Price includes six fat quarters and fabric. Additional materials are needed.

Spend an afternoon at QIJ with old friends and new. Join us in our bright comfortable classroom for quilting and lots of laughter. This isn’t a class but one of our instructors will be there to help answer questions. We usually meet the second and fourth Wednesday of the month but sometimes the date changes. We even feed your sweet tooth with a delicious dessert!
